Pastor’s Pen for Sunday, 1-24-21
We’ve already gotten a month deep into 2021 and we’re already witnessing prayers being answered. I pray this year that every partner of CCC experience a prosperous and blessed journey and for all mankind as well. Of course, we’ve just had our 21 Day Consecration and God always show Himself strong after our 21 Day Consecration. I’m also realistic enough to know that Satan and his demons did not go on vacation. The time set aside to be in His Presence has been phenomenal. It shouldn’t be just a one-time thing each year though. It should become the practice of every Believer to regularly set aside time to be in the Presence of our God. It’s a time of reflection and soul searching. A time of worship, praise, & fellowship. A time to cherish our personal relationship with our Lord. Also, a time to hear His voice for direction, guidance, and strength. The most blessed benefit in our salvation is to be able to fellowship, worship, & praise our God, to be one with the God of creation. To know Him personally and possess the hope of eternal salvation. The Lord has prepared for His people what have not even entered their hearts and minds. Our imaginations have not touched the mind of God. Whatever we can imagine in our minds still have not touched what God has prepared for His people. His Son paid the price for so great salvation. His love is the greatest love. His love is the reason why we have faith in Him. He’s never failed us and He won’t ever fail us. He has blessed us in this life and in the life to come. Ours is a blessed life. To know Him is to enjoy a life of faith, the impossible being possible, and there being no limits on what can be achieved.
