Many people are hurting and challenged with the uncertainties of life and come to the Church for help and for answers. We, as the representatives of Heaven, must be ever so sensitive to those around us and those close to us since we don’t know what our neighbor may be going through. The Holy Spirit will gently nudge us to that one who’s hurting for the distinct purpose of ministering to them and encouraging their heart. We all have gone through times of uncertainty and challenge and God will send somebody who will be compassionate and understanding and we should never forget what God have done for us we should be prepared to do for others. In this contemporary society it’s so easy to bypass those in need while chasing after our own aspirations and dreams. We should be considerate and compassionate toward others the way we would want them to be toward us. What we do for others God will do for us. “Do no be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap,” Gal. 6:7 (Amplified Bible). So then, whatever you desire that others would do to and for you, even so do also to and for them, for this is (sums up) the Law and the Prophets,” Matt. 7:12 (Amplified Bible). The character of God will have us to be sensitive to the needs of those less fortunate than us but seeing ourselves as blessed to be a blessing. What joy it is when we see our efforts put a smile on the face of those appreciative of receiving those efforts. Keep the Vision Alive!
