The peace of God be with His people as we travel the road of life. Thank God for salvation for the total man. Many hurting people are searching for answers in a world of traps and chaos that can lead to dead end streets if not directed by the Spirit of God and His Word and even with the Word we’ve got to have faith in the Word and do what the Word commands us. My point being that there’s room at the table of the Lord and, as we have been ministering in the past several messages, God extends His invitation of salvation to all people. The message of Christ is the message for hurting people, the unsaved, sick, troubled, and every person who’s looking for hope. Christ is the blessed hope. As I take note of current events, I’m mindful that we live in a time when there’s a great falling away from the things of God but that doesn’t have to mean that there’s a falling away in our household, neighborhood, or in our sphere of influence. People need the Lord and every day many are suffering because they have no hope in this life or the next and it does not have to be that way. God give us the heart and the resolve to not waste any time in this life being about our Father’s business. That business is about reaching these hurting people and letting them know that there is a God in Heaven that loves them and is the answer to every loose end in their lives. He has provided every need in their lives but beyond their natural needs, He has provided for their spiritual needs which is that we all need a savior and that Savior is Jesus Christ. This is the priority of our generation. That priority is to let people know that there’s a peace that passes understanding. There’s a refreshing from Heaven that only comes from the presence of the Lord that’s more awesome than anything in this natural life. That refreshing is in a personal relationship with the Lord.
