Today is a day of reflection and appreciation for First Lady Sandra Muchison and I, first of all, because of our appreciation for all of the love shown today, and before today, by way of gifts, cards, monetary gifts, and all other expressions of love from those that took the time out of their busy lives to show those expressions. Your encouragement is not taken for granted and we are prayerful that this is a mutual encouragement from us to you all as well. All of the praise, glory, and honor goes to our God for the great things that He has done. None of us would be where we are today if it were not for His goodness and mercy. Also, my prayer is that we can allow that encouragement to translate into energy to continue in God’s will for CCC, and not allow ourselves to be discouraged from the vision that God have given me for this ministry. “Keep the vision alive” is the rallying cry to move the vision forward especially since the Covid-19 pandemic and the restoring of ministries within the ministry. Satan is a liar, and the truth is not in him. Literally, that’s what the Bible says about the enemy of our souls, John 8:44 (KJV): 44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. The best thing that we can do with the devil, as I preached in one of my messages years ago, is to “stop listening to the devil.” God is with us and will show Himself strong on behalf of them that love Him and keep His commandments. In all that we do the Bible teaches us to acknowledge the Lord and He will direct our paths. I’m reminded of the story of king Jehoshaphat when the children of Amon, Moab, & Mount Seir came up against them, but the Lord assured Jehoshaphat that the “Lord will be with you.” CCC, the Lord is with us.
