You Are Important In The Kingdom

SiteManager • April 29, 2018

Every person on earth is important in the eyes of a loving God, for the Bible didn’t say “For God so loved Christians that He gave His only begotten Son,” but it says that “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,” Jn. 3:16.  But once a person becomes a part of the body of Christ then the significance of their worth is amplified in scripture.  “And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.  Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary.  And those members of the body, which we think to be less honorable, upon these we bestow more abundant honor; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.  For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having giving more abundant honor to that part which lacked.  That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another,” 1 Cor. 12:21-25 (KJV).  You are important in the kingdom.  God has purpose and destiny planned for your life.  There is another scripture which reveals how much we mean to our Father in heaven and that scripture is found in Rom. 8:29, 30 (KJV) which reads as follows: “For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.  Moreover, whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.”  God had already mapped out our destinies before we were born into this world.  God revealed to Jeremiah in Jer. 1:5 (KJV): “Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”  Couple Jer. 1:5 with Rom. 8:29, 30 and it’s obvious that this is the plan God has for every man, woman, boy, and girl.  These are proof that in His eyes we are all special.  Keep the Vision Alive!

Joshua 1:9 (KJV): 9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. Moses, the great deliverer of the Jews, had died and the Lord would now raise up another to lead His people on into the promise land, a land flowing with milk & honey. Milk & honey symbolizes a place of prosperity and plenty. Joshua was a young man who had sat at the feet of Moses and observed how God used him mightily in the deliverance of His people out of Egyptian bondage. Joshua was there to see the miracles that caused Pharaoh to let God’s people go, Ex. 4:1-9. When God delivered Israel through the Red Sea, Ex. 14. When He led them in a cloud by day and a fire by night, Ex. 13:21, 22. On Mt. Sinai when God gave Moses the ten commandments, Ex. 20:1-17. Joshua witnessed God be with Moses during the rebellions in the wilderness, Ex. 32; Num. 13:17-33; 16:31-35. God let Joshua know that He would be with him as He was with Moses. Joshua 1:5 (KJV): 5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. As God was with Moses and Joshua, He is with His people today. In these contemporary times He’s the same yesterday, today and forever. Numbers 14:8–9 (KJV): 8 If the Lord delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey. 9 Only rebel not ye against the Lord, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the Lord is with us: fear them not. I pray the spirit of Joshua and Caleb fill this land of milk and honey. In His Service, Pastor Jeffery A. Vision will change you in ways that you never expected because it places a demand on your being that can be life changing. When you put your whole heart into something, your total person spirit, soul, and body, can become immersed in it. God gives us vision because life is so awesome when we begin to experience it’s hidden rewards just enough to stir up our creativity. Then, God blesses us to share in the joy of the blessings when those hidden jewels are revealed, and we too share in the achievement of discovering them. Vision tugs at our creativity, potential, and abilities. We have not tapped into all that God have for them that believe. Our visions for our personal lives are intertwined with the grand vision from Heaven and the sooner we receive that revelation the sooner we walk into all that God have for our lives. Throughout the Word of God, we see the connection with personal vision and the greater scheme of things. God reveals His will to men and then it’s up to us to believe that what God have revealed to us, He is well able to perform. Romans 4:17–21 (KJV): 17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. 18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations; according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. 19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb: 20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; 21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. When vision is embraced, deadlines are met, programs start on time, there’s excitement in the air, and energy abounds because all hearts are on bringing the vision to pass all to the glory of God. In His Service, Pastor Jeffery A. Muchison Scripture for Sunday, 10-5-25 Genesis 15:5 (KJV) 5 And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. It is amazing to me that when it comes to faith and vision how closely related they are. You can practically substitute vision in place of faith in Heb. 11:1 and the verse would not be unsound in any way. Hebrews 11:1 (KJV): 1 Now faith (substitute vision in place of faith) is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (not perceived by the senses) . Sense the correlation between faith and vision in Genesis 15 (KJV): 1 After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. 2 And Abram said, Lord God, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus? 3 And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir. 4 And, behold, the word of the Lord came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir. 5 And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. 6 And he believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness. God gave the vision to Abraham. Abraham believed God and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Why? Because he believed God and acted like he believed God which now becomes faith. Abraham’s actions were proof that he believed God. Faith needs action and vision needs action. Faith without works is dead faith, and vision without works is dead vision. Proverbs 29:18 (KJV): 18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: But he that keepeth the law, happy is he. One translation reads, “Where there is no vision, the people cast off restraint.” They have no discipline, boundaries, limits, or restraints necessary to bring a vision to pass. Vision and faith are not the same thing, but they need one another. In His Service, Pastor Jeffery A. Muchison Scripture for Sunday, 9-28-25 Hebrews 11:12–13 (KJV) 12 Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable. 13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. We are truly living in perilous times, but it’s not a time whereas we forget who we are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:37 (KJV): 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. The eagle Christian is an overcomer. We are overcomers! For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world, and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. I am confident in my God, in myself, and in my brother, because I am an overcomer. I confess that all my needs are met and that I am prosperous spirit, soul, and body. I am blessed because I am an overcomer. Every weapon of Satan against me will fail. I am victorious in every arena of my life, all to the glory of God, my Rock, my Redeemer, and my Salvation, because I am an overcomer! The strength of the eagle is his diet. The eagle Christian’s strength is his diet of the Word of God . Deuteronomy 8:3 (KJV): 3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live. Of course, the Word of God is diet for the spirit man, the soulish man, and the natural man, the total man. Man does not live by natural means only, but he is a spirit, who has a soul and lives in a body. The Word of God is the truth and the light for mankind. John 8:31–32 (KJV): 31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; 32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Psalm 119:105 (KJV): 105 NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, And a light unto my path. The eagle Christian is in covenant with our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ and have covenant rights and precious promises. Jesus is the surety (guarantee) of that covenant which gives His covenant people power and authority . Matthew 16:19 (KJV): 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. All of the misleading information that enters our ear gates and our eye gates are very harmful to a healthy self-esteem. God sometimes uses colorful language to point us to some spiritual truth. God gave us a creative imagination that is stimulated by creative language that challenges our psyche. We see God use colorful language throughout the Old & New Testament to stir the interest of the Believer. Throughout the Bible we find symbolism, metaphors, types & shadows, allegories, parables, and colorful language by which God reveals spiritual truths. For instance, Jesus many times used parables to convey spiritual truth. In the parable of the sower there is an analogy drawn between the sower sowing seed into different grounds and the Word of God being sown in the hearts of men, Matt. 13:3-9, 18-23. In the book of Revelation and in the book of Daniel are much symbolic language such as in Daniel 2:31-45 when God, through Daniel, revealed unto King Nebuchadnezzar different kingdoms, including his kingdom of Babylon, through the image of a man made of different metals that were symbolic of kingdoms that would be established after king Nebuchadnezzar. The Old Testament with its types and shadows, is filled with language that is symbolic of spiritual truths future. The priest’s garments were symbolic of the glory of God. The sacrifices, the tabernacle, the altar, the laver, the altar of incense, the candlestick, the shewbread, the Ark of the Covenant with all of its items all symbolized some spiritual truth pertaining to our salvation. One of the birds that God uses to convey to the child of God that he has the spirit of a champion in him is the eagle. The eagle is the symbol of strength, confidence, grace, and excellence. The qualities of the eagle not only reflects the nature of God but also the nature of the eagle Christian. The world may not value you, but God does. He gave His only Son and proved it. In His Service, Pastor Jeffery A. Muchison Scripture for Sunday, 9-14-25 Genesis 1:26 (KJV) 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. My potential will be realized when I know who I am in Christ. God’s Word is the only truth in this earth that reveals to me my potential and the potential of every person. If we won’t believe it though, then what good will it do to have the most powerful truth revealed and not believe it, yet that is exactly where we find ourselves in this generation. What more of a powerful revelation is there than the one and only true and living God, who spoke the worlds into existence, created man in His image, and everything that was created was created by Him, who knows all, is omnipresent, and omnipotent, who knows every intricate detail about us and His plans and purposes for each and every one of us, He reveals to me who I am knowing the beginning from the ending, and everything in between, what more powerful revelation can men receive than from God? That being said, we have that most powerful revelation practically in every home, hotel, in written form, software programs, on cd, dvd, and every medium you can imagine. We have it, but mankind as a whole treat it as of no value, compared to it’s true value. Matthew 13:44–46 (KJV): 44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field. 45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls: 46 Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it. My God reveals to me that I am strong, awesomely made, creative, valuable, and am a citizen of His kingdom. I choose to believe this awesome God. To God be the glory. Being on fire for God is one way to be on your A-game against the enemy. Having a fervent spirit and attitude when it comes to the things of God is a good mindset to have in this faith walk, and this especially so in this spiritual warfare against the devil. When you’re on fire the enemy is more easily discerned. You’re not so quick to fall into the traps of the devil, but are keenly aware of his devices. Praying becomes more understandably necessary because prayer is as much for my own benefit as much as it is for others. Prayer reveals the personal failures in our own lives. I’m mostly being made aware of my own shortcomings than the shortcomings of others in prayer. It’s me O’ Lord, standing in the need of prayer. I’m at peace with myself in prayer. The power of prayer is more than getting our needs met but it’s also allowing God to accomplish that which He desires in our lives. Prayer is needful for the fiery soul whose heart is for the things of God. The Holy Spirit’s anointing is spiritual fuel to the Christian who’s hungry and thirsty after God. If we spend time in His presence, He’ll rub off on us. The Greek word charisma means a smearing, an endowment, an unguent. 1 Jn. 2:20 says an “unction.” 1 John 2:20 (KJV (WS)): 20 But ye have an unction (anointing, chrisma, smearing, endowment) from the Holy One, and ye know all things. It’s a spiritual warfare, but I don’t care how long you’ve been in this faith walk, or what your title is, or how high you’ve climbed the economic ladder, you’re still inside of a body made of flesh and blood. We’ve also got to take care of our bodies. We’ve got to take care of our souls (minds). 1 Thessalonians 5:23 (KJV (WS)): 23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though the Holy Spirit was in every aspect of creation, and is God, the Holy Spirit, He will not force us to obey Him or the Word, but He leads us, guides us, helps us, brings all things to our remembrance, and shows us things to come. He convinces us of wrongdoing, discerns the revelation of God’s Word that in all of our getting, we get understanding. He is also intimately involved in every aspect of the Christians personal life. He fellowships and communes with His people, 2 Corinthians 13:14 (KJV): 14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen. Philippians 2:1, 2 (KJV): If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, 2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. The Holy Spirit is our Confidante. We, Christians, have an intimate relationship with Him. He talks to us, and we talk to Him. He loves us and was present in every aspect of our salvation. As a people of God, we practice His presence in our lives. The Holy Spirit is in the Church. We are His temple, 1 Corinthians 6:19 (KJV): 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 2 Corinthians 6:16 (KJV): 16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. He’s near us, with us, and in us so that we don’t have to think that He’s far away. The Holy Spirit wants us to have that fellowship and communion with Him just like we want to have fellowship, communion, and relationship with those we love and who are dear to our hearts. Thank you, Holy Spirit, for being our Comforter, Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby. In His Service, Pastor Jeffery A. The spirit of anti-Christ spoken of in 1 Jn. 4:1-3 is already in the land, that spirit against God, His will, plans, and purposes for man in the earth. God gave His people a Comforter though, who empowers the people of God for the times that they live in. You may be asking what kind of times are these? The Bible declares that in the last days perilous times shall come. I would change that today to perilous times are here. Throughout history there have always been perilous times, and God has always given His people whatever they needed to weather those times. In particular, God have provided the necessary provision for man to be strengthened spiritually for every occasion. The inner-man, the spirit, mind, and body, God have provided again, that we may be built up for such a time as this. God set us up for success by giving His Spirit, not only to be with us, but in us as well. The Spirit of God, Comforter, Counselor, Intercessor, Strengthener, Standby, Advocate, and Helper, gives us power for service and His indwelling presence for Christian character (fruit of the Spirit). Galatians 5:22-23 (KJV): 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. Ephesians 5:18 (KJV): 18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit. We need the Holy Spirit as much now as did the early Church in the book of Acts. We’ll need His wisdom in these end times for how we should do, what we are to do, and when we are to do it. This spirit of anti-Christ is in high places and places where we wouldn’t think, and in people we wouldn’t think, but so it is. We don’t have to fret because we have been given power over all of the power of the enemy. The Holy Spirit is our power source and everything we need to walk in victory. God’s Word, again, says that He shall be with us and shall be in us. We need the Holy Spirit. In His Service, Pastor Jeffery A. Muchison Scripture for Sunday, 8-17-25 The Amplified Bible Jn 14:16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever. August 7, 9, & 10, was the dates of my installation services here at CCC. I have the videos of the three pastors that preached for me that week, Pastor Mark Baker, Pastor Troy Moody, and Pastor Julius Hope. Pastor Mark Baker’s title was “I Am With You.” Pastor Troy Moody’s title was “The Gift,” and Pastor Julius Hope’s title was “Milk & Honey.” Moderator Green of the Gethsemane Association gave the charge to me that was the launching of my ministry here at Calvary Christian Center. The charge that Pastor Green gave at that time was prophetic. Much of what led up to me pastoring at Calvary was prophetic. Rev. Enoch Lee mentioning me coming back to minister at Calvary just before his passing led the leadership to invite me back to minister after Rev. Lee’s passing which led to my being offered the pastoral position, and of course, the rest is history. The vision God gave me then is the same vision blueprint that I follow to this day, “Building lives through the message of Christ.” “We are blind until we see, That in the human plan, Nothing is worth the making, If it does not make the man. Why build these cities glorious, If man unbuilded goes? In vain we build the world, Unless the builder also grows.” “Building lives, to build families, to build the Church, to build our world, through the message of Christ.” I remember this puzzle that is two-sided. When you put one side together, there’s also a picture on the other side. The one side, when you put this puzzle together, is the picture of a man, but when you look on the other side, it’s a picture of the world. The message of the puzzle is when you put the man together, you put the world together, but it starts with putting the man together. This is so true. None of what we do means anything if we’re not encouraging somebody to Christ, not religion, not a form of godliness, but a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Amen.
