The Word of God can simplify separating good and evil if we would not allow ourselves to see everything through our experiences, but see everything through the eyes of faith. See everything through the eyes of the Word, and let the chips fall where they may. Don’t try to call out individual persons, but just see what the Word says about any particular wrong and let the Word speak for itself. The Word will find the guilty, sin, or the individual without our help. The issue is people are challenged with being biased especially when the wrong is committed by a loved one, a friend, or an acquaintance. We see it in politics practically every time we turn on the tv. People will caucus to their side regardless of whether they’re right or wrong which is a huge problem in our politics today. The Word teaches us truth that does not show favoritism or is biased but sees the hearts of men for who they truly are and does not have respect of persons. All evil is evil regardless of who commits it. The Word calls out all wrong and sheds light on that which is good in the sight of God. When we rebel against His Word we too become a part of the problem instead of the solution and the answer. History is strewn throughout with what it looks like when men do their own thing apart from God, and it’s ugly. But wherever the will of God is priority we witness His divine providence over them that believe. The rebellion of man resulted in death, hell, poverty, and sickness being introduced into the earth. The worse consequence of man’s rebellion was the separation of his spirit from his Creator, which when restored back to peace is the greatest miracle. Therefore when we see in these end times a concerted effort of rebellion against the truth of God’s Word, His revelation, my spirit man screams out, “Haven’t we experienced enough chaos trying to do things our way without God?” Men are under a great deception, an influence of an evil persuasion of which you know of the spirit of whom I am speaking of, none other than that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world.
